How does Jobfair® work?
Jobfair® allows employers to search through a large database of students and recent grads who have uploaded their redacted resume and an audio pre-interview.

If their request is approved by a student, they are immediately given access to the student's contact information.

What can students see about employers?
When an employer requests to contact a student on Jobfair®, they are provided with their company name and a link/PDF of their job listing. We do not transmit recruiter names or contact information to students.
Can employers post jobs to Jobfair®?
No! Employers use Jobfair® to dive in and scout the talent they're looking for, without waiting for applications to roll in. They attach existing job listings when they request to connect with a student - or they can use a PDF if you they not yet posted their role.
What happens after a student accepts an employer request to connect?
After acceptance, we transmit their contact information to the employer via email. Their interview process continues with that student as it normally would — Jobfair® is simply a way to connect.
