It All Starts With the Pre-Interview
Jobfair® works differently than most hiring platforms. Rather than having employers post jobs and making you find and apply to thousands of them, we have employers discover you themselves in our server. An audio pre-interview starts playing the moment they view your resume.
Because of this unique approach, and because your voice is one of the most personal things you can share, we protect your identity and mask all personally identifiable information (PII) from your resume. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and URLs.
Prioritizing Data Protection and Privacy
Unlike on nearly every other jobs platform, employers do not collect applications and then export that data to their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Jobfair® is intentional. Employers find you, request your contact information and get in touch to move the process along. Resumes are unmasked one by one after a user approves it. Your email cannot be added to a mailing list, and your phone number doesn't get passed along to hundreds of people and companies.
