For the first time ever, students are heard without being known. Jobfair® automatically redacts all personally identifiable information (PII) from resumes before they’re added to its platform — protecting student data and putting them in control of who receives their contact information. Adding to its full FERPA compliance, Jobfair® does not accept student data from colleges and universities. Students verify their affiliation, upload their resumes and provide their own information themselves, adding an important layer of separation.
